I'm so frustrated with this bank! Yes it might be 2:00 in the morning but I'm trying to put a check in the bank and go to sleep, but I can't even access the bank's website! As where my ICCU bank is where I put the check because it went right in and I can access their website! But that's not where I wanted to put the money! Good place 2 do Banking
When my spouse passed away, I went into the branch located at 1650 E Fairview Ave in Meridian Idaho to remove his name from my accounts. That was in 2021. I just got a letter in the mail addressed to him, indicating that a payment was past due. I had to quit doing the majority of my banking with Key due to incompetent service. This is just another example of that, all these years later.
