Customer service is very poor
Reading through the reviews it seems like people have issues with KeyBank and just choose to rate this branch a low score when this branch isn't the issue at all. This branch has always been helpful to me, EVERYONE at this branch has always been extremely professional and always goes above and beyond to help me. Thanks for being awesome everyone @ the Meridian Key Bank branch!
I closed out my account September 19th. September 20th charges went through my closed account over drawing it and they are not solving their problem they caused. Charges sometimes take up to 5 days to go through. They slack on notifying you of fraudulent charges, meaning you may or may not get notified of the charge and have the chance to say no it wasn't you. So I have been banking here since I was twelve years old and had mostly bad experiences. The only decent experience I have had was closing my accounts with Lexi and another young woman. Lexi helped me at the counter and she was nice. I forgot the other woman’s name but she was really understanding and very helpful, 10/10 customer service with her.
