If I could give less than one star I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Apparently, even with the card attached to the business account, they are unwilling to make a deposit for a bank runner employee. This is a transaction. We have done multiple times a month and still continue to do it other branches but this particular branch (fairview and Locust Grove) decided they did not want to help us and refused to make the deposit. I'm so frustrated with this bank! Yes it might be 2:00 in the morning but I'm trying to put a check in the bank and go to sleep, but I can't even access the bank's website! As where my ICCU bank is where I put the check because it went right in and I can access their website! But that's not where I wanted to put the money! I have one bank account for my mortgage and utilities and another bank for my other purchases so does it screw me up, yes! Good place 2 do Banking
When my spouse passed away, I went into the branch located at 1650 E Fairview Ave in Meridian Idaho to remove his name from my accounts. That was in 2021. I just got a letter in the mail addressed to him, indicating that a payment was past due. I had to quit doing the majority of my banking with Key due to incompetent service. This is just another example of that, all these years later.
