Keybank and its phone representatives in the USA and internationally have been all over the place and provide LOW QUALITY customer service. They do not thoroughly verify info. but expect you (the caller) to provide confidential info. immediately. Comes off as VERY suspicious. It really makes you question their training program and professionalism.
I love this bank , they are always nice when i have to come in
