This key has been my branch since the mid 1980s. Always had great luck here , its nice to see employees that have been here for years and you get to know by name.
Just opened a new account said if I electronically deposited my check they would hold for two weeks so come in and do it in person showed the next day I had my funds and the next day after that it showed they were holding it for 2 weeks I work for trimet people it's a real check and the guy that helped me obviously doesn't have a clue what's going on i will be going in and getting my money and closing this account bad first impression done with key bank
Waited 10 mins for a roll of quarters. No tellers, people taking lunches while there’s a line… obviously customer service is not their number 1 priority. Terrible management here 0/0 stars if I could.
