I foolishly left my debit card in the atm overnight. I came back first thing in the morning to retrieve it, around 8:45am. No one would help me because they "open at 9". I run a business and if a customer comes in slightly early before open I gladly take care of them. It could mean future business. It's not like I wanted a transaction, just my Card back. Could've easily been taken care of. Reasons like this are why I won't give keybank my business.
