Have been with this bank since they opened. They have always been professional and easy to work with. Their customer service has always been excellent with me.
After the branch manager lied to me and tried to pawn me off to the 800 number, they continued to hang up every time I called. The customer service at this place is complete garbage. I’m sure it’s not the best job in the world, but they’re dealing with people’s livelihoods and they don’t even bother to disclose anything about fees or funds holding to customers as well as not giving any solution to serious problems.
Not good customer service.
