ATM malfunctioned and the bank is holding my cash hostage. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability at this branch. I attempted to deposit $200 cash into their ATM, only for the machine to return a "technical issue" message without crediting my account or returning my money. When I went inside to resolve this immediately, the staff informed me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) verify the machine's balance and that I have to wait days to file a formal dispute just to get my own money back. Had a very horrible experience with Jolina didn’t appreciate her attitude and the way I was treated won’t be banking here much longer.
The service used to be better here. I miss the previous manager. I called and asked to talk to the branch manager, for information only she could give me, on three separate occasions two weeks ago. Each time, someone took a message and no one called me back. The manager just before the current one was pretty awesome service-wise. I could tell he cares about his clients. If I knew what other bank or Key branch he went to, I'd follow him to do my banking, for sure.
Eric and his staff are always professional and go above and beyond the average customer service experience.
Horrifically Long story made short, they will botch their investigations so badly that they charge you off to debt collectors for no reason, steal your paycheck, and prevent you from banking with 90% of other banks because they will file a false report to chexsystems which will de-bank you from most places in America for months if not years I would not recommend that experience to my worst enemy
