If thinking about opening a checking account with Key Bank, think again. Been a customer for 20+ years… make sure you do not have a maintenance fee… my balance was less then necessary and they have taken close to 300$ out for maintenance fees… called to either close account or keep it open if they put money back in… no call back and worse yet, another month of maintenance fees taken out. This account will be closed but please be aware, no customer service! So frustrated and makes my stomach turn… the loss of 300$ is tremendo... read more
I took out a business loan and had to Close my business after 25 years. I have paid them 37 grand on a 30k loan and am now bankrupt. offered my late 15k that included kids college money and wont settle debt other banks lost money and settled most heartless greedy bank ever with zero compassion take out a loan dont mess up likeme. they dont care
