Went in there to break a hundred dollar bill and was told no because I don't have an account there, and that the money that goes thru the bank is for their customers only... I ended up going to US Bank across the street, and they did it for me...
I love key bank and their customer service and their hassle free account is meant for me!
Worst customer service ever! One teller working and 4 employees sitting at desks avoiding eye contact with everyone in line. 20min waiting in line so far.
