Very unprofessional consistently for the last 4 years.
This is the worst bank I have ever been to. They have stolen from me multiple times, seeing unrecognizable charges on my account. The manager Chris was very rude and unprofessional and I felt like I was being racially profiled. Do not bank with them if don’t want to experience what I have been through.

I went down to the bank with my mom to cash her check and they said they could not cash it but they just deposited it into my account without even looking through the check. Now they closed my account due to the check that they told me that it's okay to deposit it into my account. and I went down again with my mom today to get her checks back they said they could not and they told me to go get a new one from where the check came from. Went in to close my account, and had to delay it due to a pending charge, however, next day they let another charge go through on the day of supposed closure, so now I have to drive in to their store again to go through this whole process again. No extra help over the phone and they don't care at all about how much of an inconvenience it is for you to have to go in there. Needs better policy and more competent employees. Horrible bank, horrible attitude from everyone here, no help at all.
