Talk to the sign because I don't know how to verbally communicate tellers. They ask way too much personally sensitive information in front of other customers!? If it's not on the list it belongs to the "other" category. Very poor explanations and customer service from Erica. I signed for something and got nothing. I have been banking with this branch for over six years and find all the tellers to be incredibly friendly, highly efficient and super knowledgeable. They offer suggestions of ways to make a banking transaction so as to maximize my financial holdings. Great location.
Horrible experience at this bank. Came in to do a simple withdrawal and never got helped. I stood in line for 15min as the customer in front of me made 7 different deposits into separate accounts. The teller ignored me, didn't even say we'll be right with you, nothing! The personal banker sitting across the bank in his cubical just sat there drinking his bottled water. What a waste of time!
the people that work here are really mean, i just got out of jail and they are not nice to me please arrest key bank
