This was a welcome visit to my bank. While I don’t visit the bank often, I was greeted instantly by the new Manager Monica. This sweet young lady was such a genuine breath of fresh air. Key bank in Tigard is the worst experience I've ever had banking. Do not use this branch. Over the past two years it has been one headache after another. Constantly getting partial information, bad information and always having to fix the problem myself. Lost so much money in interest over the years due to lack of professionalism. Total incompetence on so many levels. Go to a credit union.
Well I open my account with them and loaded money on and they told me to wait 7 business day I asked for a temporary card and they said they dont give temporary cards, so i waited for my card to arrive and after almost 3 weeks I called keybank and they told me they never issued a card for me thatvi needed to go tonthe bank and get a temporary card and they can issue a new debit card🤬. Now I start work before bank opens and get of after it closes it so hard for me to make it to a branch. So 😥
