service is decent but Key bank itself is severely behind the times in how they handle on boarding. Only way to use funds you've deposited prior to the 10 business days (ends up being 2 weeks) it takes to receive the debit card is to go into a branch and wait in line to make a withdrawl, hopefully you know the exact cost of what you're getting. If you wanted to buy something online id just forget about that until you get the card. Nice people in the branch but unfortunately the bank itself isn't great and hasnt made any effor... read more
