I have had at checking account here for 13 years or so. I went into this branch to open a savings account on Thursday July 25th around 2:15pm. I’ve heard an appointment is needed to do this and I did not have one scheduled. I went up to the desk and explained I didn’t have an appt and the man behind the desk said I could still be helped.
