Deposited a check issued from nys agency teller states the funds should be available next day. Next day no funds available and they put a hold on a nys issued check for 7 days because of risk of check being returned. This is the worst run key bank branch and account will be closed as soon as they release my funds from being hostage.

The branch is well run when it's open. Too bad if you work M-F 9am-4pm like so much of the workforce. These hours make it inaccessible. They really should be open some other hours, like maybe on Saturday, like so many other banks. It seems that Key really only cares about its commercial clients. Thank you for your response, however there are many transactions that must be done in person, such as accessing a safety deposit box that can't be done virtually or at a different location.
This place is convenient efficient clean and well lit and two of my four star rating is from Diane and Camaldai they have been great they have been shining stars in my eyes Thank you KeyBank
