This branch is Key Bank takes great care of their customers. They listened to my complaints and helped solve any issues I had. This branch is wonderful .
Place is horrible!! The manager is the worst!! Like ofc it’s Schenectady ugh…… worst keybank to go to.. They never answer their phonesss and also provide incorrect information
Closed the doors 5 minutes before actuall close time!
Deposited a check issued from nys agency teller states the funds should be available next day. Next day no funds available and they put a hold on a nys issued check for 7 days because of risk of check being returned. This is the worst run key bank branch and account will be closed as soon as they release my funds from being hostage.
