The customer service here is great! I came with 3 of my children and the female banker was so kind and polite to them. She gave the pen and paper because we were there for awhile. Also, I was having an issue with opening up a savings account for my newborn and she resolved the problem right away, and also apologized for the computer errors.
Slow drive thru service. Always!
Great location. Good parking. Always a bunch of staff to help.
Lie to me repeatedly when trying to set up a home loan. In store rep.s blame back office. Calling on the phone for help is useless. I would leave if it weren't such a pain to move my accounts.
