Friendly staff
Always a quick in and out for in banking needs with a friendly staff. 4* not 5 BC they're closed on Saturdays, I have to take the bus to Canal drive location on those occasions.
Four months they worked on our Heloc loan and we did everything they asked just to be dropped twice. Loan timed out TWICE! Never again will my family and I do buisness with this bank.
Great branch helpful staff
Avoid this bank! Lied to us and charged us for services we told them we didn't want. Spoke with a representative who just got let go...they're only concerned about numbers right now. When we tried to close our account they kept giving us excuses why they couldn't close it. Banking should be easy..they make it very difficult and stressful.
