Customer service by this branch manager is deplorable!! Apparently there is no training on how to talk to or deal with customers as part of the management requirements at this bank. After being talked down to with a nasty attitude for 10 minutes Kim B. agreed to waive some fees and later retracted her offering. Just terrible business!! After over 20 years banking here I am closing my accounts and going elsewhere!
