I turned of over drafts but got bills that went through and got 38.50 over draft for so many. I was a number off on my direct deposit form so thats my fault but seriously if you turn off overdrafts how come they still go through? Whata the point. I will be going back to chase this bank I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customer service has no idea what they're talking about nor take time to understand. I agree with another review on this bank. Just horrible.
