Everybody at the Key Bank off of Hampden and Tower are awesome from the manager Luis, to Mariam, Jackie, Manny they always say hello and are happy to see me and take good care of me. A lot of times I feel like they jump through hoops to satisfy their customers. If you're looking for a down-to-earth family feeling atmosphere I would go talk to the folks at KeyBank at Hampden and Tower because they are awesome. Thank you for your great customer service. Lynn
I applied for a personal loan and unfortunately had to come in to sign paperwork and discuss this transaction. I already had a previous bad experience at this location so I knew this was not going to be a pleasant experience. Staff member was very rude and talked down to me as I asked simple questions about the loan. Believe the bad reviews and do not bank here. I had a better experience at the Hampden location.
