I applied for a personal loan and unfortunately had to come in to sign paperwork and discuss this transaction. I already had a previous bad experience at this location so I knew this was not going to be a pleasant experience. Staff member was very rude and talked down to me as I asked simple questions about the loan. Believe the bad reviews and do not bank here. I had a better experience at the Hampden location.
Great staff
I went into the bank and there was nobody at all in the bank for employees and not one of them would help me. They told me I had to wait very confused. What’s going on at this location?
Very unprofessional staff
Worst branch location, for a professional business center you would assume the branch location and employees would maintain a level of professionalism. You go inside everything is taped and wrapped up I stood around for 10 mins looking for deposits slips and they are none. Left and went to the drive though where yet again no deposit slips waiting I have to send the carrier back to them they send me a deposit slip and I fill it out and send it back where they tell me to come into the bank.
