Worst branch location, for a professional business center you would assume the branch location and employees would maintain a level of professionalism. You go inside everything is taped and wrapped up I stood around for 10 mins looking for deposits slips and they are none. Left and went to the drive though where yet again no deposit slips waiting I have to send the carrier back to them they send me a deposit slip and I fill it out and send it back where they tell me to come into the bank. The two middle eastern women are rude and unprofessional. The bank teller Nina is really hostile and yells at you. While the other one had no business to hop in our conversation. They lack customer service skills. Really unacceptable !

I've been with Key Bank for several years. I have not received such lack of customer service as I did today with Kateryna Popova. I needed to withdraw cash after forgetting wallet at home - I needed cash to fill up gas tank to get home from work. I have been able to get cash without an ID before. The bank rep would ask me questions to verify my information. Kateryna was not satisfied with that info and instead defaulted to insisting on sending a verification text via phone.
