I dont normally do reviews but this bank is so trash i had to. Opened the account a month ago and regret it with a passion. Even after 30 days they still holding checks for 7+ days. Horrible. I’d torture an enemy if i suggest them this bank.
Horrible bank. Good luck getting your money out or transferred if needed. They “cant” verify any of my accounts, zelle has a 10 day hold and a $500 max transfer daily . Trying to figure out how to get my money OUT to close this account
Joseph and Archana are both wonderful help at the bank. As a single mother starting over they give great financial advice and they always provide above and beyond customer service!
Zero percent chance I’d ever do business with these people. I paid off my car and yet they took my monthly payment after the pay off. Now they have to send me a check that won’t be issued for 15 business days. Unbelievable, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE… RUN FAST AND FAR
Been a customer for several years and I love the personal attention they give every time I'm at the branch!
