Horrible bank. Good luck getting your money out or transferred if needed. They “cant” verify any of my accounts, zelle has a 10 day hold and a $500 max transfer daily . Trying to figure out how to get my money OUT to close this account
Joseph and Archana are both wonderful help at the bank. As a single mother starting over they give great financial advice and they always provide above and beyond customer service!
Zero percent chance I’d ever do business with these people. I paid off my car and yet they took my monthly payment after the pay off. Now they have to send me a check that won’t be issued for 15 business days. Unbelievable, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE… RUN FAST AND FAR

I debated putting this review out here but just can't get over the way I was spoken to, I would never speak to anyone like this! So here it is - I went into the bank for change and was told that since I wasn't a customer, they couldn't help me. I had been in there previously and was given change with no problem and they couldn't have been nicer, saying come back any time!
