My disabled mother came to this KeyBank for papers because she needed to confirm her accounts for paperwork. The teller was rude and inconsiderate. Although my mother uses a walker, the lady had no shame sending her away and telling her to go to another branch because “we don’t have time and have other customers.” I find it absolutely absurd and disrespectful that an employee from any corporate business can treat our elderly in such a manner. Peaches Grant had two customers ahead of me. While Laurie did first assist willfully it was great how Peaches took lead and accomplished printing my needed documents and what she wasn't able to do she didn't hesitate to ask and still help me while wearing a great smile the whole time doing it. I appreciate both ladies help today at the Hartford downtown location earlier today, April 24th, 2024.
