Slowest branch ever. Any other business running like this would have been closed long ago.
Well, I've had a very bad experience with this bank. I've come like 3 times to fix a problem with my account and they still haven't solved it.
Stupid how they close the walk up atm after business hrs smh
Went to the atm sunday. Had a sign up you couldnt use it. Went to the bank today asked the lady about it. She said they arent letting anyone use the atm when they arent open because homeless people are sleeping in the lobby and its “dangerous” the whole point of the atm is for people to be able to deposit or withdraw money when THEY ARENT OPEN. I hate this branch. They need to just close it. Its always something.
This branch is very unprofessional, they have no respect for hard working people. I won’t be going back. And I’m looking for a new bank after this experience today.
