I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank
This place does not answer phone calls regarding accounts. I’ve been trying for the last 4 days to get ahold of these people. No one is answering. You’ll just be left on hold for HOURS. My first phone call was 2 hours long listening to that God forsaken waiting music. Trash business.
I thought that most bussiness were not charging late fees thru this pandemic but I guess that did not apply to key bank with all the worry of family and pandemic I forgot to make a payment on line of credit but good ole key wanted 29.00 dollars
