attempted to withdraw $800 from account at an ATM. The ATM ran out of time to give me my money. I got a receipt. the;$800 was debited from my account EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO CASH IN HAND. Now I have to wait 5 hours for a CSR to dispute my transaction hoping I can get it back. the online representative said "there are no guarantees". I WANT MY MONEY.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. Not once but twice has this branch “lost” important documents and when confronted about it, they said it was my fault, so now I have to have the branch manager sign for the same documents that I have to once again bring to the branch wasting my time and gas. These documents include SSN’s and other personal identification information.
