Good enough for airports and voting booths... but not KeyBank I needed cash and was next to a KeyBank, so I put my debit card into the atm machine, and it didn't give my card back. So, I went inside the bank, and they said 'oh, the machine has been eating cards all morning', and that because my card isn't a KeyBank card, they can't give it back to me- their only option is to shred it. Excellent customer service!
I have been a long-time customer of Keybank, over 15 years. If I could give this branch a -5 stars, I would. I opened a business checking and savings account with this branch a month ago. I was told everything was in place, and there should be no issues accessing the account. I had given them all my business EIN and tax payer id's and even offered to email over copies, which he said he didn't need.
