Excellent customer service!
I have been a long-time customer of Keybank, over 15 years. If I could give this branch a -5 stars, I would. I opened a business checking and savings account with this branch a month ago. I was told everything was in place, and there should be no issues accessing the account. I had given them all my business EIN and tax payer id's and even offered to email over copies, which he said he didn't need. Since I can not respond to the request to write an additional email. I am leaving another review. I will most definitely not be doing this due to the fact that I have already wasted a ridiculous amount of time, energy, and money into trying to resolve this. The issue I had was very clear and concise. My profile has notes and recorded phone calls. You can go back and review on your own accord.
