My second family! Been with Central Point Branch for over 10 yrs. Zero issues with this bank ever. Whether I pull into the drive thru or walking in, everyone gives me a super warm hello, calls me by my name and we catch up on the latest while experiencing stellar service. Candy dish always and even donuts at times. It’s the little things that can change the whole trajectory of one’s day, I feel so welcomed and elevated for the rest of my day leaving them. I’ve joined this bank recently I was told 8-10 days before I get a debit card in the mail and here I am a month almost month and a half out from opening my account and I still have to go the the branch to get money because they were quick with the direct deposit just not sending me my card how convenient
