This bank has caused so many issues for the family owned business I work for. Unlike some people, I understand things happen with family owned and operated businesses, but the fact that I can't receive MY PAYCHECK because this bank places HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS without warning, is a crock of sh*t!! I was referred to Key Bank by the company I work for, and I'm so glad I never opened up an account with them! Luckily I don't have an account with KeyBank here in Livonia... Because if I did, my account would be closed down for leaving a bad review. Your customer service style is interesting to say the least.
Never had anything but major issues with this bank when into cash a check when the teller told me casually oh looks like we closed your account and then gave no resolution would not recommend to anyone
I LOVE Key Bank! My local bank representatives are so helpful and friendly and the call centers are also phenomenal! I had a few situations where merchants withdrew money from my account and were uncooperative and Key Bank went above and beyond in resolving the issues. Thank you Key Bank!!!
