They were supposed to close at noon at I got there at 11:59 and the door was locked..lights on still...poor customer service over the phone also..tried calling them at 11:50 to say I would get there around closing time but no one picked up
while having a shared bank account with my husband and payroll checks supplied by KeyBank they refuse to let me, the wife whose on the account make withdrawals, cash and withdraw money/checks. consistent attitude and the inability to provide proper customer service to customers. This bank makes banking harder.
By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The dealership I bought my truck from used these incompetents for my loan…beware! Any other bank on the face of the planet would have been a better option.
