Worst Customer Service experience!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!! Long Long Long hold times every time.
The people at Key Bank are the best. They always make me feel like family. Whoever manages this branch needs a raise! So professional & always helpful! I tell everyone I know how good they have been to me and my family. It's hard to find a good honest no bull bank. Well look no more, your search has ended, Go give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.
They screwed up big time over Christmas I'm negative in my account because of a teller error and customer service can do nothing I'm so let down and angry. I need the manager to contact me as soon as possible. Please read my comment Thank you guys for all you do
