I need to take the time to praise Ivan Fizov! From the get go he made it such a welcoming experience; I went in with multiple account issues and needed a complicated withdrawal done. @KeyBank Extremely disappointed with my new account and your freezing of my legitimate Zelle payment to a phone number on file for 13 business days. This was highly inappropriate and caused financial hardship on my part. Do not appreciate the customer service received. Customer service would not provide a corporate phone number or email to express my complaint so this will suffice.

If I could give this bank negative numbers I would. RUN from this bank. I was on my mom's bank account as her POA. I went in in 2023 with her death certificate to close her account. I worked with a man who assured me the account was closed. I asked if I needed to sign anything or if I got paperwork and he said "nope, all is closed." Certainly my bad.
