the bank manager is a horrible, rude individual
So we close down 2 branches and only have 2 tellers working on a Friday mid morning. This is really not convenient for me
quit taking advantage of old people,conned my mother into credit card then deactivated it,left family out of luck to pay for car repair. shame on key bank and the manipulating branch manager. My mother's account had to be closed because of unscrupulous actions but we transferred her money to a new bank. Would advise everyone to check out a different bank.
