I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and by far always have a good customer experience. Especially with Lisa and the other young lady here. They’re always welcoming me and so kind and patient.
I went to pay my tax bill on a Saturday. The teller was extremely rude and hostile almost. I ended up taking it to FedEx and paying $33 to have it sent overnight. I contacted management with the bank and they were just as bad as she was. Go to a different bank.
Longtime customer of Key Bank. Went to the Twinsburg branch for a car loan and they were nothing but professional, helpful and personable. I appreciate what they do and highly recommend this branch and the classy folks that work there. (I worked with Jonathan & Rozlynn)
This Key Bank branch sent the paperwork to the wrong company, missing the deadline causing a hefty penalty that goes away if we return the investment to the original company. I would highly advise against using Key Bank as this was a third error on their part that I've had to deal with. Their hours also suck. Pick any other bank.
Absolutely worst experience ever, complete waste of my time! Never returns a call and makes you feel like your a bother
