Horrible bank for small business. They set up our account to cover our services and then all of the sudden the new male manager comes and decides he wants to do it differently, without rhyme or reason. Cost us over $1500 profit the first week and almost double that the second week, until we found and partnered with NBT. They are “yes” people to their customers.
