This bank is the slowest I have ever been to I was in the drive thru I was the only one there the man greeted me asked me what I needed and took my card and I didn't see him again for 12 minutes just for him to get back on the screen to tell me it was going to be a little bit longer so I asked what the hold up was and he said he is training and needed approval from the manager why the manager wouldn't be next to the person he's training for over 15 minutes idk but I told him I couldn't wait any longer and to just give me my ... read more

KEYBANK WILL LET PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MONEY I was accurately alerted of a fraudulent transaction on my debit card a while ago and immediately cancelled the card. Despite Keybank’s own system flagging the charge, they ruled against my dispute and allowed the fraudster to steal my money. The evidence they used included inaccurate information. I filed a police report and a complaint with the CFPB. I still never got my money back.
