Incompetent liars work at this branch! Can't wait to take my money they are holding hostage and close all my accounts!! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!! They lie to your face. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these liars. Go anywhere else but here!!!
Horrible branch and financial institution in its entirety from their rude and willfully ignorant staff to their incompetent upper management that couldn't differentiate between an asset or liability even if you spelled it out for them. The long and short of it is this branch and financial institution should be avoided at all costs, save your money, save your valuable time and bank anywhere else.
They were great. Im too old to be using just Paypal and Netspend for banking stuff. Now i feel like an adult again after these guys approved me to open checking and savings accounts! And all it cost was a minimum deposit of ten bucks in each- no monthly fees either. Bonus- i learned about secured credit cards and how to use them to improve my low credit score.
