We've been banking with them a little over a year now... we love this branch, everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. I had issues with my online banking app, and they took the time to figure it out, and got it working before I left. The management is knowledgeable and professional. The staff remembers us when we walk in which is important because it makes customers feel more comfortable and that they matter. Thank you Marysville branch

very disrespectful and rude, more focused on their “friends” than customers, giving a feed and not telling us before hand and being very defensive. Rude ass people and then giving us attitude afterwards and asking questions. Thought they would be a little more nicer guess not
Has anyone else had an issue with depositing cash into this key bank drive thru atm? Like the cash not being credited to your account? The bank stating they show no transaction? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has had an issue
