I have taken part in 2 digestive resets run by Dr Seema. I started with the Autumn reset and then followed this up with the Spring reset recently. These were online so I was able to create practices which stemmed from the home and that formed part of ongoing daily routines. Using recommended herbs, recipes, meditations, timings etc. these resets allowed for daily WhatsApp group advice and monitoring so that they were tailored to our individual constitutions. Dr. Seema was a true godsend during my pregnancy. I was suffering from debilitating hyperemesis gravidarum and excess amniotic fluid when a friend recommended her, and I’m so so grateful. She brought me back to life, cared for me throughout my whole pregnancy and 4th trimester. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Seema enough.
