Seema is very knowledgeable, kind and warm hearted practitioner. She is patiently answering all the questions and guides you through your pregnancy journey. All the meditations are lovely and peaceful. I would strongly recommend Seema to all future mums and any woman experiencing any hormonal issues.
I will always be thankful to Seema. I have no doubt that if my second daughter is here, it's thanks to her. I hired her as a doula when I started to learn about Ayurveda. Amazing results I feel so much better! I recently did an online Ayurvedic reset retreat which included a special diet and Ayurvedic herbs. Seema has a wealth of knowledge and guided us individually as well. We had meditations and group discussions morning and evening for five days and joined the community group WhatsApp so felt very supported at all times. Will be joining the next one!!
