I highly recommend Key/Whitman to anyone needing cataract surgery. From my initial visit to my post cataract surgery, the staff was courteous , polite and efficient. I appreciate that and I am confident in their clinic and surgery centers.
I have changed my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because there is simply no reliable way to speak with a real person to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. The office has replaced its phone system with an AI answering service that routes every call directly to voicemail. Unfortunately, leaving a voicemail doesn't seem to help because no one returns the calls. Avoid this place. Rude and condescending workers. Treating elderly patients with a nasty disposition in front of others is gross! No respect for your time. They don’t know why you’re there and then take 2++ hours of your days. Multiple different waiting rooms / staging rooms again with no respect for your time. Seeing multiple people as you play their games. Only giving 2 stars so my review isn’t removed or hidden. There is absolutely no way I’d ever go back! Do better!!!
I don't think I've ever had a doctor and their staff be so thorough in their explanation of a medical condition I've had or the condition's treatment options. The office was immaculate, the staff was knowledgeable and the experience was a 100% positive one. Highly recommend.
I am very satisfied with the experience I had with the staff and Doctor everyone was professional and Courtesy I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you all. LM
