Dr Lee is awesome, her and her staff are very professional and work very hard to answer all your questions and make you feel. Very comfortable.
This review is about the mean receptionist. She had a very unpleasant and standoffish demeanor from the start, and when I told her I had vision coverage through my employer, she said it was only medical and didn't even try to ask any clarifying questions, she just said “no you have to pay $300 dollars because you don't have insurance” and I said “can I call my insurance?” She said “no you have to pay it right now”. If I could, I would give my experience with this Key Whitman office a minus 5. I made my first appointment with them about 2 months ahead. When I made the appointment, I questioned the receptionist about my eye problem called Diplopia, or double vision, which requires prism lenses. I have had problems before with creation of the lenses by the lab. Her response was that it would be no problem. On the day of my appointment, I also discussed the diplopia with the technician who gave me the exam. She also stated that the exam in... read more
My experience at Key-Whitman Eye Center, Mesquite is very positive. The staff was nice. Michelle was very personable, professional, knowledgable, thorough and kind as I met with her for the details, pre-and postoperative follow-ups re: my upcoming cataract surgery. She is a great asset to Key-Whitman Eye Center, Mesquite!
