Terrible Developers, looks like they run away without completing the nature strips and council is their friend doing nothing. People left with mess on the nature strips and have to spend more money to clean it up .
Avoid this estate. This is same mob as Thornhill No Park. If you compare Thornhill Park to any other estate in the west you will find out how this developer trying to get the most out of the land: Narrow streets, very few parks and no planning. They sold lots in previous estate by making false promise like Train Station and OverPass. Apart from that if you buy a small lot and there is bigger lot next to you or behind you then you will need to follow all the regulations but bigger lot is not required to follow any regulations... read more
