The lady was not friendly whatsoever, While I was waiting to get checked into a bed without a greeting even, she left me without saying anything and walked around the counter and opened the front door to yell at a couple " THAT DOES NOT GO THERE!!! PUT YOUR CART WHERE IT GOES i DO NOT NEED IT HITTING MY CAR." Very unprofessional! Then when back to assist me did not apologize or anything for leaving me stand there.
