For the price. Very satisfied. Clean and friendly service. We come 2 a year on our way to florida or to see friends in Prattville .
We travel A LOT every weekend so we encounter many hotel/motels and this one by far has some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time! The lady at check in was so friendly and very informative about the area. It's not that we encounter bad service but this ladys personality went above and beyond and was really nice to experience! We will most definitely return to this hotel for any trips to Millbrook!! As far as the rooms, they are clean and well kept as well as quiet! I would highly recommend this place!
The rooms were nice, but we didn’t sleep well because the AC unit was very loud and made a rattling sound when it started. In the morning we went to breakfast and the only things they had were Frosted Flakes cereal and honeybuns, we went to Hardee’s after we checked out. In conclusion, the hotel is nice but don’t expect to get the best sleep.
We were greeted by roaches in the room. Horrible customer service
Wonderful place, definitely will stay here again
