Not sure what kind of business these people are running. Have requested a returns number three times within the 7 day return period and no one emailed me back, so now I am stuck with this hat that doesn’t fit or suit me and I can’t do anything about it since I am out of their returns time frame. Unfortunate and a waste of $50. Took them over two weeks to send the hat in the first place and now since they won’t respond to their emails, I am stuck with it and out $50.
