Went in to buy parts,, Chris the parts manager was very helpful,, Also met the owner John,very knowledgeable. They also sent a mechanic who was a Cummins mechanic to diagnose the problem, he was a real specialist!
As reluctant as I am to write this review - it had to be written. I have a northern lights generator m763W2. I was charged $4900, for the following services. Replace impeller, swap out raw water strainer and related hosing, cleaning the heat exchanger and replacement of the exhaust elbow. The generator was working prior to this work being performed, on my trip down from west palm beach. The generator has now not functioned for almost 2 months.
