What a miserable lady that works here, my god. Her attitude was so negative and not welcoming, we couldn’t even ask to see some more glasses and have a decent shopping experience. I would’ve actually bought a pair that I really liked but I did not want to give her my money, I will find the same pair somewhere else.
Purchased a pair sunglasses at the eaton center store as a gift and told them we may be back to exchange in 2 days if they don’t fit. They said that would be fine. Two days later we go to exchange and they had shut down the store. They never mentioned they would be closing down when we said we’d be back in two days. We never would’ve made the purchase if that was the case. We feel robbed and insulted by the complete dishonesty of the company. No one on the phone has been of any help. Le service après-vente est une catastrophe. Ils m’ont vendu un “citron”, une paire qui perd constamment une vis. Chaque fois je dois les ramener jusqu’à eux, attendre des semaines qu’ils les renvoient à la compagnie (pour mettre une vis!), puis retourner les chercher. Ça prend généralement moins longtemps que ça avant que la vis disparaisse à nouveau.
