I had a very unpleasant experience with Felicia. I purchased a pair of sunglasses for $700 and was told that I could receive 50% off a second pair within one month. When I returned two weeks later, she claimed she did not recognize me and insisted the offer was only valid for one week and that I needed a receipt, which contradicted what she originally told me.
