I had hard time last weekend when trying to make an exchange for sunglass which is a gift. The purchase was from Fairview pointe claire. Although the store policy approves the exchange within 30 days supported by the gift receipt, but the person who was in charge at that time wasn't sure from the exchange policy or even how to process it, keep looking at the receipt, scanning & calling for approvals and that took around 30 min. I came to the store yesterday and asked if they sold prescription sunglasses. The lady said yes. I asked to try on glasses but she seemed annoyed to unlock the cabinets for me. She said she was busy and proceeded to make calls to people who’s glasses were ready to pick up. I was the only person in the store and had intentions to buy a pair.
