Their company is absolutely amazing and customer service is top notch! I highly recommend visiting their website and see all of their products. You can also see them in person, but request to make an appointment first.
I must say had a very good experience with Jeffrey and Elaine at key way medical with the purchase of my joyride wheelchair. Despite the fact that were some damages on arrival caused by in- transit issues, Jeffrey jumped right on them and expedited replacements for what was damaged. I have to say that Service and support were critical for me in the selection of keyway medical. They did not disappoint. Moreover they were very responsive to all my pre-sales questions, which there were many. Thank you keyway medical.
I just purchased the ReNuCare Power Ride electric wheelchair from Key Way Medical, after seeing their Facebook page. I wanted to deal with a local vendor so I could test drive the chair before purchasing this big ticket item. The customer service from the team has been Outstanding! I’m so looking forward to regaining mobility and independence, thanks to this very caring and supportive team.
