Arrived to our one bedroom that sleeps 4 (with pull out couch). We opened the door to the strongest smell of cleaning supplies. There were no window coverings in the living room over the sliding glass door or large window. We also noticed large stains on the comforter on the bed. We called and were told the local team would reach out soon. They never did. We left all windows open for two hours before bed, but it wasn't enough to get the stench out. I've never had a more confusing experience just trying to find a unit that was booked. Not to mention every piece of info I was given was incorrect, gate code was not right, door code was not right and I've been standing in front of the unit after trying to find it for 45 minutes only to not be able to unlock it for 20 minutes. Terrible experience, no communication and I will absolutely never book through vacasa or stay at red hawk lodge ever again.

\This is a lovely home. It has very comfortable furniture and beds. The bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped and allows the person cooking to interact with others. It is in a great location near i70 which gives you versatility in drving to view fall foilage, scenery, and rmnp to view animals.
Great place for a great price!
