Heat pump quit working Jan 25th during 2026 deep freeze. Spoke to Alec and explained the error message on the thermostat. He thought it was probably the breaker on the heat pump itself. Due to icy roads, he wasn't able to come until the 28th. Did through check of the system and the big circuit breaker in the pump was faulty. He had a replacement breaker on the truck and was able to restore our heat before he left. We really appreciate Alec coming out Wednesday when so many of the residential streets were still iffy. Wonderful electrician, great communication, prompt, on time, knowledgeable. Alec was easy to work with, explained everything he was doing, the problems we were having and why, then quickly resolved them. He did not try to upsell or pressure me into anything more than what I wanted done around the house. He is very professional and knows his trade well.
