Everything was seamless and fast. Very helpful people.
After specifically asking for title to be listed as joint tenacy with Right of Surviorship during closing in 8/19/22, they instead listed it as , other on the contract. The escrow officer, Tamara D Eichman told us it would titled per our request only to discover that it was not. I believe this was done intentionally. We note have to hire an attorney to fix this egregious error. After requesting a phone Appointment with the escrow officer we have yet to receive a call back.
