Key Title IS NOT FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS. Closing documents were so riddled with typos and errors, I had to call my attorney during the closing for guidance (and he recommended I find a title company with more investor experience). They also had me order HOA resale certificates too early in the contract process, the certificates expired, and I had to re-order at my expense.
