I had a bit of an emergency and needed my vehicle looked at. Tom was nice enough to get it in and diagnose the problem which he was able to trace back to an error made by a dealer technician. Thanks to Tom the dealer took full responsibility and I was saved a hefty repair bill. Thank you.
Had some issues with my tires and some warning light indicators on the dashboard that I couldn't figure out. Decided to try this place a try to resolve the problem and they did. Spent probably about 15 minutes with Kristy and amount of knowledge and tips on better car care she shared was amazing! The customer care is wonderful and I came in just as walk in, no prior appointment and still had a chance to have my car looked at. Looks like I have found myself my go-to-place for car troubles!
Avoid at all costs! Dishonest, bad workmanship. I asked them to change front diff fluid. Upon payment, They said they didn't do it because they didn't have have the correct tool. I got the correct tool and planned to diy. I now notice that the bolt is damaged because they tried to use the wrong tool. Now I have a problem. They did not mention that they damaged the drain plug when I paid the invoice. A good mechanic would not attempt to use the wrong tool. This speaks to their workmanship.
